1. Free Rescheduling:
Please feel free to reschedule your pickup within 24 hours before your appointment.
2. Late Delivery Changes:
If you need to change your Drop-off time, please give us a 24-hour notice. Delivery may be delayed until the next available window.
If bad weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances occur:
We may reschedule pickup/delivery for safety
No fees will apply
We will notify you as soon as possible

While we make every effort to protect your garments, Camille's Laundry Lounge is not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear, including fading, thinning, small holes, and shrinkage.
Items left in pockets (e.g, pens, markers, lighters, gum, money).
Weak or damaged fabrics that may rip or tear during normal washing/drying.
Pre-existing stains or damage.
Items mixed in by accident (e.g. items brought in wet or in sealed bags).
Color bleeding or dye transfer from poorly dyed fabrics.

If we cause verified damage, we will:
Reimburse up to 3x the service cost of the items weight, OR
Offer store credit toward a future service.
Example:
If a 1 lb shirt is damaged you will be reimbursed $6.
We do not replace designer or sentimental items at full price unless documented and agreed to in advance.

Standard Turnaround Time is 48 Hours.
Laundry not picked up within 14 DAYS becomes the property of Camille's Laundry Lounge.
If we deliver and no one is home, items may be left in a safe location at the customer's risk unless otherwise instructed.

Hazardous Materials
Items with bedbugs, feces,blood, bodily fluids ( Unless arranged in advanced)
Fire damaged or mold infested items
Any such items will be refused or retured unwashed.
Customers must choose the right laundry preferences.
We are not liable for reactions or damage when no preference was provided.
